Luxury property has never before had a greater responsibility to provide for a conscious lifestyle. A lifestyle and world built on how it feels to be alive and to live with fulfilment. A place with social, environmental, and cultural importance where a personal wellbeing is considered and prioritized. We design for this world.

The building is grounded through strong horizontal forms, substantial masonry and natural stone, balanced by expansive curved glazing that opens the residences to water, sky and sunlight. Within, proportion, natural ventilation and materiality are considered as part of the everyday experience of wellbeing.

At the centre of the building, a submerged wellbeing space creates a more introspective condition. Water, filtered light, greenery and finely crafted surfaces come together to form a place for restoration and retreat.

Maison Savoy is an expression of wellbeing through architecture, translating the experience of living well into a considered design response. From the scale of the architecture itself, to the rituals of living.
