Positioned on the top floor of Harry Seidler’s iconic Melbourne tower, Studio Kennon reworks a former corporate office into a creative and collaborative environment.

Seidler’s original plan remains legible. The interior follows the building’s sweeping curved spine, introducing a softer, more tactile material language. We worked with the existing architecture rather than against it, allowing the new interior to sit in dialogue with Seidler’s original structure.

Organised as a continuous, open studio, the space connects working and gathering areas from the library through to the garden terrace, supporting a fluid and shared way of working.

From this elevation, Melbourne unfolds in every direction. Expansive views and shifting light animate the studio throughout the day, giving the space a sense of openness that extends beyond its walls and a strong connection to the sky. It reflects the way we work: collaboratively, intuitively and always in conversation with architecture.
