There is a geometry to the way wind moves across water. Bel Air borrows it. The overlapping interference patterns that form when air meets surface, translated into a scalloped facade that curves continuously along Oxlade Drive.

The result reads less like a building and more like something that has always been there. Planting spills from each slab edge, blurring the line between structure and garden. Inside, terraces are treated as primary living spaces: deep, shaded, oriented to the breeze. Each of the 22 residences has its own aspect and its own relationship to light. Cross-ventilation is designed in, not added after. The rooftop carries the same logic upward, where the pool and garden open up to the sky.
